Four modules, from market diagnosis to a sales-ready blueprint, that close the gap between how ready your brand feels and how viable the entry actually is. The deliverable is a commercial read, not a report: the Expansion Readiness Score™ with one verdict.

Your pipeline. Fully visible.

Every prospect, contact and interaction lives in MaqMailing: our own CRM and outreach platform, built for teams selling to retailers and distributors. What to expect in the first 12 months

Every lead moves through the same seven stages. You see all of them.

This is the pipeline exactly as it appears in MaqMailing. Click a stage to see what happens there and where you come in.

Reach: the prospect list is built, then expanded weekly.

We segment the market, build the target account list in MaqMailing and validate buyer contacts (purchasing, category managers). The list grows every week to maximize outreach.

Where you come inOnboarding: in the first two weeks we ask for a short list of documents, price lists and brand materials so we can start selling fast.

Engage: persistent, structured outreach until buyers respond.

Every email, call and response (positive or negative) is logged in the CRM. Across all our accounts, 40.9% of buyers respond.

Where you come inYou watch it happen: direct access to MaqMailing, weekly call, WhatsApp group.

Responded: real market signals, captured and shared with you.

Buyer feedback on price, assortment and timing feeds the 3-month strategy review, where we adjust approach, pricing, channels and leads with you.

Where you come inDecisions on pricing and assortment are yours; we bring the evidence.

Meet and sample: we coordinate meetings and bring you into the room.

When a lead requests samples we track shipment, receipt and feedback. Intro meetings and quotations are logged so nothing is lost between markets.

Where you come inYou are invited to every buyer meeting that matters, and you ship the samples.

Negotiate: proposals move, you always have the final say.

We work to close proposals, handle revisions and support vendor setup with the retailer or distributor.

Where you come inEvery commercial term is approved by you before it goes out.

Accepted: vendor setup, first purchase order, logistics.

We stay on the account through onboarding with the buyer so the first order actually ships.

Where you come inProduction and fulfilment; we handle the paperwork with the account.

Sell & grow: you remain our client, we remain your sales team.

After-sales is ongoing: follow-up, performance at the point of sale, reorders, account development and repeat business.

Why build it when you can plug it in?

Three ways to sell into a new market. Only one behaves like your own team.

TeamRecruit market by marketFixed salaries plus overhead before the first meeting happens.
NetworkBuild buyer relationships from zeroOne or a few markets at a time; CRM and processes built as you go.
RiskYou carry 100% of the expansion riskEvery hire is a bet on a market you have not sold in yet.
FocusYour product is one of manyBrokers carry competing or adjacent brands; attention goes to whatever sells fastest.
VisibilityLittle or noneActivity reported informally, if at all; updates usually arrive only when a deal is close.
CommitmentAn introduction, not a processRelationship-based intros with limited involvement before and after the sale; a broker can drop a brand at any time.

Questions buyers of our service ask first.

A fixed monthly fee that covers the dedicated commercial infrastructure, plus a commission on net sales that aligns our success with yours. The formula depends on private label vs. branded, channels, number of countries, product complexity and portfolio size. Once onboarding is complete (first two weeks), the sales process and the monthly fee begin.

A 12-month active project with a 3-month strategy review, where we adjust commercial approach, pricing, communication, channels and leads with you. Sales timelines then vary with each lead's timing. Terms depend on each client's preference.

No. We sign a non-compete agreement: Maquiavelo cannot represent another client in the same category and market.

Not necessarily. If you already sell in a market and need reach, we start selling. If you are entering a market you have never sold in, the Market Entry Blueprint prevents the most expensive mistake: entering one that was not ready for you.

Let's write your story.
